Bill has a genuine (and much-needed!) personality in the real estate industry and is a people person to the core. He operates with a no-pressure style that makes him a pleasure to work with. Kimberly (Kim) effectively operates at a very high level. Known for treating their clients like longtime friends, clients credit them both for their knack of being motivated and confident and providing them with updates every step of the way. Also, Bill is never short on humor! And, let’s be honest, who doesn’t need a laugh when they’re buying or selling a home?
Bill is blessed to have his wife, Kim, as his partner. She’s whip-smart, has a solid corporate paralegal background, and also has experience in many other practice areas, including real estate!
They raised two productive kids in the area and have intimate knowledge of school districts, dining offerings and the prime recreational opportunities that make this Colorado community such an incredible place to live.
True story: Bill was actually a magician. He could entertain an individual or work the whole crowd. It was a perfect people skill to prepare him for real estate. They both use their magic today to negotiate optimum deals for their clients!
In their off time, you’ll find them competing for (and winning!) BBQ awards in stunning Colorado and Midwest locations. They have received several awards on the professional BBQ circuit. (Ask them about their secret BBQ sauce.)
